Terms and Conditions:
- Both adults and minors can become members by acquiring memberships.
- Membership is personal and non-transferable, as well as the use and enjoyment of its benefits.
- The member must present their physical identity document to access the benefits.
- Membership validity: one (1) year from the date of acquisition.
- Day pass, accommodation, and activity benefits must be redeemed at the time of booking and upon availability confirmation.
- In the case of a minor’s membership, parents may avail discounts on accommodations and activities on behalf of the minor by presenting their identity document.
- Membership discounts and benefits are for the use of members and cannot be transferred or assigned to family members, friends, or others.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other available discounts or coupons.
- The benefits offered are subject to change at any time by Birdglamping company.
- If benefits are modified during the validity of a membership and they decrease, those who acquired the membership previously may access the benefits offered at the time of acquisition.
- Membership prices may be subject to change. Such changes will not affect the value of memberships purchased previously; in other words, members will not have to pay additional amounts, nor will they be entitled to refunds.
- Minors will have access to benefits by acquiring membership.
- In all cases, children under three (3) years old enter Finca Los Árboles Natural Reserve for free.
- For entry into Finca Los Árboles Natural Reserve, minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- There will be no refunds if the benefits are not used. It will be understood that the member has waived their right to use the benefits.
- Benefits are not cumulative, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
- Commercializing Birdglamping Los Árboles Memberships in any way without prior authorization from the Company is not permitted.
- The terms and conditions of the Birdglamping Los Árboles Membership may be modified by the Company at any time and without prior notice.
